To qualify for a refund, returned items must meet the following criteria:
Standard returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.
After 30 days, refunds or exchanges cannot be guaranteed unless the item is defective or covered by warranty.
Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving confirmation.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Warranty claims for manufacturing defects are handled separately and may require additional verification.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive email confirmation once processed.
